Rather than stand by and watch the crisis in Eastern Europe unfold, WeShield wanted to be part of the solution. As a result of the conflict in Ukraine, WeShield reached out to other organizations to create a collective, UkraineFriends.org.

The mission of UkraineFriends.org is to provide a collaborative humanitarian response to this country under siege. The organization’s members come from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities. They have teamed up to ensure the rapid delivery of humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable and innocent people in Ukraine.

In our role as a leader of this organization, we would like to cordially invite you to the Special Evening to Support Ukraine on October 26th. 

There will be fantastic speakers at the Washington DC event, including Brigadier General Serhii Sobko (via live video feed). Lieutenant Viktor Shevchenko, Chief of Staff – Deputy Commander of the Territorial Defense Forces and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, will also be present.

Funds raised will support Ukraine Friends’ humanitarian aid missions, purchase emergency medical supplies, Individual First-Aid Kits (IFAKs), and support frontline medical personnel.
